Freeze!!

My daughter saved up $6 to buy this app. She was so excited when we let her download it 2 days ago. SO disappointed that we only get a title screen every time we open it. She is crushed and we cant find any tech support for this out there...no contact info on Mo Willems website or anything. Please help! We would love to be able to write a glowing review here but have a really bad taste in our mouths because of this.
